At 2 pm, opens each new lead's Instagram and the Meta Ad Library in your Chrome (read only) and marks who is running ads
Never adds a brand twice

Open the New leads, check the Instagram, send the DM from the brand's language
Move the status to Sent, then Replied, Call, Won or Lost
Send the follow-up 3 days after the first message if there's no reply
Write a note after every call so the next step is clear
